288. Today I am grateful for Weeding

Today I joined some people from work and the Kinsclub to do some weeding. My roommate also came out to volunteer her time. I enjoyed talking with the members of the Kinsclub and hear about the variety of volunteer projects they work with. I think it’s great that there are various groups dedicated to serving their community.

287. Today I am grateful for baby news

I am always excited for people who are expecting a baby, what is more exciting than bringing a new life into this world? Right now I have two good friends expecting babies, one that I found about tonight. I can’t wait to meet these little babies.

286. Today I am grateful for the word of wisdom

I am grateful for the Word of Wisdom. I am grateful that I don’t need to drink coffee to wake up. I am grateful that I have never tried alcohol or tobacco and have no desire to. I am grateful that most of my diet is made up of fruits, vegetables and grains.

282. Today I am grateful for a visit with my Aunt

Today after church my roommate and I headed over to my Aunts house where we joined her for lunch. It was great to catch up and talk about old memories and what’s currently happening with her and her children and me and my family. Can you see the family resemblance?
